Data Access Solutions Inc. (DAS) was founded in 2001 and quickly grew into an enterprise software development company with a market sector focus on nonprofit organizations. DAS’ first product, E Council, was a 100% web-based software solution that was designed for and used by Girl Scout Councils across the USA. E Council was released in 2002, long before the term “cloud-based software” existed. It was cutting-edge technology at the time, and was one of the first Membership Enterprise web-based software applications. E Council included 13 software modules, automated selection and communication features. It was used by Girl Scout Councils for over 15 years.

The co-founders of Data Access Solutions are Mike Nissly, (CEO) and Chris Eversole (COO). Mike brings vast global experience as a CEO with a strong emphasis in business development through the execution of proven Sales and Marketing plans. This experience has equipped Mike with the ability to focus on solving complex business challenges through innovative technology solutions. Chris Eversole is the detailed visionary of DAS, where he provides the execution, documentation and communication of complex client requirements by creating the internal processes to execute the implementation of complex data driven solutions.

Prior to founding DAS, Chris had extensive experience working with large database management companies that managed large nonprofit organizations’ databases. This large scale database management experience and the technology solutions required to serve this industry served as an excellent springboard to lead the software development team at DAS.
Chris has over 15 years of experience at DAS in the software development life cycle. His people skills and attention to detail enable him to meet with clients to document business operations, capture workflow processes and identify critical communication trigger points to meet the business objectives of the client and the software functionality. Chris documents these complex business rules and presents this information as the programming specifications documents that our software developers use to create our software solutions.
Chris resides in Clearwater Florida, where he manages our other DAS office. Chris is highly competitive by nature and is an avid tennis player. He enjoys Florida sunshine, the beach and spending time his wife Cindy and their 3 sons.
Mike Nissly
CEO
Prior to founding DAS, Mike spent over 16 years as a Sales and Marketing executive. He has extensive experience in international sales, including leading a global sales team of over 200 people and negotiating multiple licensee’s agreements in Japan, Europe and South America. His experience in a global implementation of an SAP ERP solution lead his passion for providing technology solutions.
Mike’s business experience and vision enables him to solve complex business problems with a focus on meeting the technology needs in potential markets. He is a skilled business visionary who is always focused on providing the best solutions for DAS clients.
Mike resides in Roseville, California where he manages the DAS corporate headquarters in Rocklin, California. He is a passionate football fan and enjoys traveling, cycling, golf and spending time with his wife Linda, and his children and grandchildren.
